Our Head Chef has one rule: delicious, fresh, seasonal food from local, free-range, and specialist suppliers. Our burgers are smashed, our pizzas are hand stretched and fire-baked, and many dishes are cooked over our huge Argentinian-style charcoal barbeque.

The main restaurant is open 5 days in SPRING (Sept-Dec) and 7 days in SUMMER (late Dec- late April).
Our current opening hours at the top and bottom of the website. Currently it’s SPRING so the restaurant is closed on Tues/Weds - we have a small menu available on Tues & Weds served in the beautiful Barrel Hall, which is open 7 days a week for tours and tastings.
