On the 3rd Friday of the month, we open the doors to our Barrel Hall to a themed ‘open dram night’.

Led by one or more of our resident experts; a Founder of Waiheke Whisky, or one of our leading distillers, we lead a generous, explorative & experiential tasting session.
Themes are always set for these, so you will find a different focus each month.
Exploring how the magic of grain, water & yeast can express such a wide range of flavour profiles.

Expect several drams to try, including Waiheke Whisky, Scotch, Irish, or new world from Japan, Canada, Australia or wherever we choose to explore across the globe; each will have story to tell.

The bar is open from 6pm, for a 6.30 pm start.

You are welcome even if you are new to whisky.
